Hotblack Dixon was established in 1990 by Mr Keith Dixon having acquired the office from J Brown Ogden. Many of our clients still tell us interesting stories about Mr Ogden, who was a real character being the original Estate Agent selling and letting homes in Hampstead Garden Suburb.

With the most prominent Estate Agents office in Hampstead Garden Suburb, Hotblack Dixon, comprising Estate Agents and Surveyors, is now managed by Jeremy Clive MNAEA who joined the company in 1993 from Conrad Ritblat. Having spent 11 years as a Commercial Estate Agent in London and 17 years as a Residential Estate Agent in Hampstead Garden Suburb, Jeremy's wealth of knowledge and experience in both fields, is a huge bonus to the company.
